Environmental Quality Monitoring Project
The Company implements a workplace environmental monitoring program on an annual basis during the fourth quarter to assess occupational health and safety conditions. The program aims to monitor, prevent, and reduce health risks associated with work activities.This includes the measurement and assessment of environmental factors that may impact employee health, such as lighting, noise, air quality, temperature, humidity, and overall workplace conditions. In addition, the Company conducts occupational health risk assessments relevant to job characteristics.The results are used to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards, and to support continuous improvement of workplace conditions. These efforts help reduce the risk of work-related illnesses, enhance safety, and improve employees’ quality of working life.
