The Company received an “Excellent” (5-Star) rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies for the sixth consecutive year and was ranked in the Top Quartile among companies with comparable market capitalization. The assessment was conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

(Environmental, Social and Governance: ESG) Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited has received the SET ESG Ratings from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) for the sixth consecutive year. In 2025, the Company was rated at the “AA” level.
